Brick Kiln
kiln wash were do I put it?

Is allright to put kiln wash on Bottom of brick kiln providing it dosn’t touch the sides.

Kiln wash is intended to keep glaze/glass from sticking to the shelves and kiln bricks. There should be no problem in putting it on the bottom or even the sides as long as you don’t get it on the elements. If the bottom is insulating fire brick which is porous and rough, it may be better to put a kiln shelf on the bottom of the kiln rather than painting enough kiln wash to make the surface smooth enough to keep glaze/glass out of the cracks.
