How do I get my mouse cage more interesting?
at the moment it looks a bit boring having: a wheel of a cardboard tube, houses Ceramic X3 a little chew a tiny jam jar Oh and 2 mice xD seems boring for them to go out once in a while some idea of how I improve the cage? its this cage http://www.savic.be/DetAnimal.asp?group=Small% 20Animal & fam = Tunnel 20hamster 20cages%% & product = Spel tubes in outside broke and had to be removed thanks:] I have a mouse ball (like a hamster ball, but slightly smaller), but all they do is wash when they get there they never really would love to run a snake in there, but unfortunately the cage is too small xD
I think a bigger cage would be better, something with a lot of levels. You could also do with some of the houses that actually rodents can hide in. had large wire cage with three levels for my mouse – that there were four houses (one each), two bowls, two water bottles and two wheels. He never wanted to leave! You a cage very well there, better than most people think their rodents – but the mice are so active, the greater the cage of the best. Curious about how the owners birds have answered here – I do not think that mice respond the same way that birds with the colors and mirrors! Calyx
