interested in beginning ceramics
hey I want to start to learn pottery, but we have much time to attend classes. someone please tell me Where can I get / buy some good clay in Bangalore (for beginners)? and some basic concepts (which can be found on the BU Web I have opinions as well)?
in fact, especially if you are short on time, classes are the moving average. And save time – you do not have to chase the materials, not waste much time making mistakes, because you have someone around who can explain things to you, you do not arrange a place to take their belongings in an oven as the place where teachers should have an oven and take a class gives you access. If you have no class time, you may not have time either ceramic. Once you have started working with clay, you can not push into a corner for a couple of weeks and then return and the hope is still perfectly usable. But in regard to the basic designs, Why? Do you working with a potter's wheel? Or want to try your hand building? Working with coils or plates? In general, a design bowl is a ceramic base. Sure you can make a good (not too thick walls, regular) and then you can vary the incline and curvature of the walls and have unlimited designs.
