Im Scared of presentations!! Help please! Im freaking out!! any tips????????
I have an ancient rome pottery presentation i have to do in humanities!! And im like worrying like hell! im supposed to go and do it today but i missed school cuz i was TOOOOOO Scared to go and present!!! Allthough in class i like laugh all the time make jokes and everything!! But when it comes 2 presentations im like a new person!! I freak like hel!!! So please guys u got any tips or advices that wil help me stay calm? if yes then please do tel me!!

What is the worst case scenario? People laugh? You make a lower grade? You cannot worry about what other people think. This is the attitude you must have in order to give a presentation or when you are in front of anyone. Just be yourself! If you are not fearful during your class then why be fearful during the presentation.
You are looking for some kind of validation from your peers. Being put up in the spotlight can be rather intimidating, but remember everyone of these peers are just as nervous. Don’t think so hard about your presentation. The more you think about what you are going to say the more nervous you get.
Let go immediately of your worry and anxiety. Please believe in yourself.
Try to breathe through your belly instead of your chest. Make a concious effort.
