Paper lanterns. "Fire hazard.?
`I'm doing my new room." Haha i am to purchase items from pbteen.com but not have stores in malls like the regular stable ceramic or Pottery Barn Kids, but is online. I have always loved paper lanterns in my room, I idea to know why, but I always thought they were beautiful (: haha ohhkayy and my best friend, he has used, but their role is finished with a light heart. pbteen.com course they have these paper lanterns & & I was wondering if you can be a fire hazard? for, as there is a light bulb next to the paper, would it not be dangerous.? Well, I need to know because I ask my mother to buy and when turned on and that it burst into flames. Hahaha What a beautiful picture in my head): Well, if you please help. Shades of paper of any kind can be dangerous if the light source in can create enough heat to ignite the paper. By analyzing the link provided, I note that the "lightbox" is sold separately for making very small which suggests a lamp bulb is small, and therefore generate no heat enough to turn the lampshade. I recommend no candles or open a source of flame light bulbs, no more than 7 watts maximum [ "large" sets Christmas lights usually use a 7 watt bulb]. If a small light [no more than 7 watts] focuses on the dark [as far as possible from the paper], to be used safely. Yes, You can use them without light, or perhaps you can find and use a small battery operated LED light source suspended in the shade.
