What can a group of young people for fun in Nashville, TN?
I'm helping to plan a mission trip or vacation youth, some of which will be in Nashville, Tennessee. As Of course I know Nashville is famous for its music scene and adults who would love do something related, so any recommendation would be greatly appreciated. Unfortunately, the youth do not seem interested in this aspect, so too are seeking other sources of entertainment. Group size 12ish, aged between 10-18 (in addition to the adult sponsors) Any recommendations? Moreover, I wonder if the locals have recommendations for: * A room for dessert (maybe an ice cream of some sort) * a place of peculiar art, interactive museum or a study (where children can make their own pottery, glass projects, etc.) * good hiking location / opportunity to observe the stars (I've heard good things about Nashville)
I know it sounds cliche, but the Grand Ole Opry is a lot of fun! I definitely have to go a ttickets night, there is a mall right next to a restaurant in the aquarium (but before eating in a different place would be your best bet cuz it gets pretty crowded at night of show) Definitely I also eat at the Hard Rock Cafe in Nashville, which has a lot of Memorablia that is fun to watch, spend the time walking around before food comes to see a dress with a stain of the blood, from which the perfornaer fell off the stage. Pretty awaesome! I went to Nashville last summer and loved it, hope this helps
