Where to get started with glass kiln projects?
I’m very interested in starting to make glass pendants and such, however i’m not sure where to buy glass, where to look or what type of kiln. I know I don’t need a huge kiln, I would only be doing 8-10 pendants at at time, anyhow I’d really appreciate any info, or sites that could help me with my artistic adventure!
Bullseye glass in Portland, Oregon has a GREAT catalogue and they have absolutely everything you would need to create fused glass projects.
You can go to your local stained glass shop. They usually have a small section of fusing supplies.
Sellers on ebay have fusing kits and small kilns. Do a search for glass scraps if you just want small pieces to practice with.
