I'll be in trouble if I sell a handmade product that is sold in Pottery Barn catalog?
I made a replica of the hand they have in its catalog and wondered if I could sell on eBay or Craigslist. Could sell more than one?
If it is a direct copy then in May you have violated the laws of copyright, so they are not sold anywhere, to avoid even the possibility of any problem. What you should do is edit the item so it's a bit special and not a direct copy.
