Does anyone know a good place to sell doll molds?
I have a friend that used to make porcelain dolls but now she wants to sell all her molds & dolls…even her kiln. I have been putting them on ebay but haven’t had much luck. Any suggestions? Should I list in a doll making magazine? Which one? I have tried the local paper but that was a flop. Any help would be great, thank you!!!!
Definitely try Etsy.com. It’s an ebay-type site but it is strictly for crafters and it is quickly growing in popularity. You would be able to sell the handmade dolls and there is even a section to sell supplies.
It is cheaper than ebay and it will hopefully allow you to get closer to your target market.
And if you do try etsy and are still having trouble, let me know and I can direct you to some guides to successful selling on etsy.
I hope that helps. Best of luck!
