While cleaning the mud after using a potter's wheel, is it safe to wash the clay in the sewers?
I put the pieces of clay in my cube manure, but what about the small pieces that will inevitably be washed in the sink while cleaning? Is this a problem? Could be blocking my drain? Is there a special filter only clay? Well I have a small shop in my studio that I use.
If you can make a container for your sink. This is essentially a large container of water with a drain at the top. its clay, and all other solids will sink, chemicals to rise to the surface where it can evaporate (if using oil paints, which floats on the water surface to clean the room.) should develop plans on the web. clay clog your drain, and a filter does not work, because the clay particles are very small. Added: I tried to find a link to this post by meeny MO, which is what we found, too much work: http://www.purifier. com.np / But you have to clean the upper bucket after each use to prevent it from becoming blocked.
