Which is more filling-2 peanut butter sandwiches & pineapples or 2 bowls of cereal & pineapples?
It truly depends on your bowl size. If you take a fairly large bowl that’s slightly bigger than your average glass bowl then you may not even have room to eat the pineapples. I know I sometimes don’t have room for anything else after my first bowl of cereal.
As far as nutritionally speaking it depends on which kind of cereal you are eating. Different cereals are better for you and you should adjust accordingly to what your aiming for. If you get enough protein in your diet you might eat a cereal high in fiber. Regardless of what you do choose, the calcium in the milk you use and all the vitamins and nutrients found in the cereal you choose in conjunction with the pineapple should be more than enough to satisfy both your needs and wants.
Peanut Butter sandwiches can still do the job, but I tend to view 2 Peanut Butter Sandwiches =/= 1 Bowl of cereal. Do whichever your in the mood for because the difference isn’t drastic enough to warrant excluding one all the time.
