Gerstad Offers Homes That Qualify for the First-Time and Move-Up Home Buyer Tax Credit programs
Chicago – Until November 6th of 2009, only first-time homebuyers could qualify for a federal tax credit of $8,000 toward the purchase of a new home. On that date Congress expanded its Tax Credit program to include all other home buyers looking to purchase a new home.
