Who do I contact when WAN set a broken ceramic vase? Can I do it myself?

I have a ceramic vase that broke at a party at the bottom. I tried to glue the pieces, but do not fit together and there are many missing pieces because it becomes dust. All I want just something to fill the gaps, cover, and maybe the same color mask. The break is in the back so you do not have to be perfect.
